Authentic kerala chicken (Nadan idicha kozhi)

Boiled and shredded chicken without bones 200 gms
Onion chopped 1
Crushed chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Green chilli crushed 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Curry leaf chopped 2 tsp
Pepper powder, salt and oil as required
1.      Hand pound chicken with pnion,chilliflakes,greenchilli,curryleaf,ginger and garlic till everything blends well
2.      In a  pan add oil, pounded chicken and salt
3.      Sauté well till it turns out crispy
4.      Add pepper powder and toss well
Can serve as starter
Goes well when taken mixed with rice
