Egg noodles italiana


Ingredients
Plain noodles 1 pack ( soak in hot boiling water for 10 minutes and drain the water. Wash in running cold water immediately after draining)
Egg 2
Cabbage chopped 1 cup
Onion chopped 1
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2
Italian herbs 2 tsp
Salt and oil as required
Preparation
1.      In a pan add oil, garlic, onion , green chilli and saute well
2.      Add egg and scramble it well
3.      Add cabbage, salt and 4 tbsp of water
4.      Cook till water dries up
5.      Add cooked noodles , italian herbs and toss well
Serve hot
