Chicken choproni

Chicken boneless 100 gms
Onion diced 1
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Capsicum diced 1
Cashew paste ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 1 pinch
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Mint and coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      In a pan add oil,fennel seeds,onion,garlic and capsicum.saute once
2.      Add chicken and salt.cook till it oozes water
3.      When the water dries up add cashew paste,sugar and milk
4.      When the gravy thickens add mint and coriander leaves.
Serve with rotis ,parathas ,naan
