Methi chicken gravy

Minced chicken ¼ kg
Onion chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomato 1
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½  tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Kasuri methi 2 tbsp
Oil and salt required
1.      Pressure Cook minced meat  for 2 whistles and keep aside
2.      In a pan add oil,onion,ginger garlic paste and tomatoes
3.      Cook till tomato blends well
4.      Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,cooked meat and saute well
5.      Add kasurimethi ,salt and cook till it dries up
Serve as thokku with plain rice or can use as stuff for chapathi
