Chicken stir fry

 chicken boneless ½ kg
onion diced 1
green chilli 2
mustard seeds ½ tsp
curry leaf 2 sprigs
turmeric powder ½ tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
curd 1 tbsp
for marination
turmeric powder ½ tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
corn flour 1 tbsp
rice flour 2 tsp
salt and oil as required
1.      Clean and marinate chicken with turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,salt and a tsp of oil for 15 minutes
2.      Then add corn flour,rice flour to the marinated chicken and deep fry it in oil.keep aside
3.      In a pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaf,green chilli and onions.saute well
4.      Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and curd.toss well
5.      Add the fried chicken and toss well
Serve with rice or roti
