Yummy fish roll

Boneless fish (vanjiram, parai) 200gms
Bengal gram 200 Gms
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chipped 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green chillies chopped 1 tsp
Salt and oil as required
Refined flour (Maida), egg white and bread crumbs for coating
1.      Clean and cook the fish pieces. Smash it finely
2.      Cook Bengal gram in water and smash it to fine paste
3.      To the smashed fish add Bengal gram paste, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves,garam masala and salt
4.      Make this a smooth dough and make rolls
5.      Coat the fish rolls first with maida,then with egg white and finally with bread crumbs
6.      Deep fry the rolls
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint/coriander chutney
