Minced Mutton Briyani (Kothukari Briyani)

Basmati rice 2 cup
Minced meat 1 cup
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander mint leaves ¼ cup
Cinnamon 1
Bay leaf 1
Cloves 2
Oil and salt as required
1.      Cook rice with 3 cups of water till it is done ¾ th
2.      Pressure Cook minced meat with turmeric powder for 2 whistles
3.      In a broad vessel add oil, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and onion. sauté it
4.      Add ginger garlic paste, tomato and salt
5.      Add chilli powder, garam masala, cooked minced meat.
6.      Cook till the gravy thickens
7.      Add mint coriander leaves and cooked rice. Toss well
8.      Cook for another 10 min in low medium heat with lid closed
Serve hot with raita
