Malaysian style chicken curry

Chicken 500 gms
Potatoes 2
Onion 1
Ginger chopped 2 tsp
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Cinnamon 1
Cardamom 2
Curry powder 2 tbsp
Chilli paste 1 tbsp
Curry leaf 2 sprigs
Coconut milk 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      In a pan add oil,cinnamom,cardamom,ginger,garlic and onion .saute well
2.      Add  chilli paste ,saltand curry powder.saute well
3.      Add potatoes and chicken. Sauté well
4.      Add 2 cups of water and cook till done
5.      Add coconut milk, coriander leaves and allow it to boil once
Serve with rice
Perfect match with parottas
