Karaikudi crab pepper roast


Ingredients
Crab 500gms
Garlic 3 no
Ginger 1 inch
Pepper corns 3 tsp
Dry red chilli 3
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Fennel seeds ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Lemon ½ no
Oil and salt as required
Preparations
1.      Clean the crab and keep aside
2.      Make a fine paste of garlic,ginger,dry red chillis,pepper corns
3.      In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, ground paste and the crab pieces. Toss it well till it oozes out water in it
4.      Finally add turmeric powder and salt .roast it till the crab pieces gets coated well with masalas
5.      Turn off the flame and add lemon juice.
            Serve with rice
