Karaikal Pomfret Fish fry (Vaval Meen Varuval)

Pomfret ½ kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Egg white 1
Chilli powder 2tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      Clean the fish
2.      Make paste of onion and tomato
3.      Marinate the fish with onion tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chilli powder, egg white and salt  for half an hour
4.      In pan add oil and fry the marinated fish
             Yummylicious mouth watering fish fry is ready to serve.
