Kovai egg masala

Egg 4
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomato chopped 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Sambar powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil and salt as required
1.      Boil the eggs and fork it all along its sides
2.      In a pan add oil, onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté it
3.      Add tomatoes and sauté it
4.      Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sambar powder, Garam masala ,salt and mix them well
5.      Add 2 cups of water  to it and allow it to boil
6.      Add the boiled eggs and stir slowly
Serve with rice, rotis and dosa
