Spicy podi omelette


Ingredients
Egg 1
Onion chopped 1
Tomato chopped 1
Green chilli 1
Salt and oil as required
To grind
Bengal gram ½ tsp
Dry red chilli 1
Coriander seeds ½ tsp
Dry roast and grind coarsely
Preparation
1.      In a bowl add chopped onion, green chilli, tomato, salt and egg
2.      Beat well
3.      In a pan add the egg mixture
4.      Add oil around the sides
5.      Sprinkle ground powder to it
6.      Cook on both sides
Serve hot
