Guntur chicken fry (kodi vepudu)


Ingredients
Chicken 500 Gms
Onion chopped 1
Green chilli 6
Curry leaf 2 sprigs
Salt and oil as required
For marination
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chilli paste 3 tbsp (soak dry red chilli in vinegar, remove seeds and grind it to a smooth paste)
Marinate chicken with above ingredients and salt for 30 min
Deep fry it in oil and keep aside
Preparation
1.      In a pan add oil, curry leaf, onion and green chilli. sauté well
2.      Add fried chicken and salt
3.      Toss well
Serve hot with rice or rotis
