Curry leaf prawn masala

Prawns 300 gms(cleaned)
Onion chopped 1
Tomato chopped 1
Green chilli 1
Curry leaf 2 sprigs
Fried curry leaves 2 sprig
Gingergarlic paste 2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1
Bay leaf 1
Cloves 2
Salt and oil as require
For curry leaf powder
Curry leaf 4 sprig
Bengal gram 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pepper corns 1 tsp
Dry roast each separately and ground it to powder together
1.     Clean and marinate prawns with ½ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste for 15 min
2.     In a pan add oil,cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf and curry leaf
3.     Add onion and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.saute well
4.     Add chilli powder,coriander powder,1/2 turmeric powder and ground powder
5.     Toss well and add slit green chilli and tomato.
6.     Add salt,marinated prawns and cook well without adding water
7.     Once done add fried curry leaf
Serve with rice,pulao or rotis
