Chicken fried balls(kola urundai)

Chicken minced 1 kg
Roasted bengal gram flour(pottu kadalai) 1 cup
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Coconut grated 1 cup
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      Grind well the minced chicken
2.      Add grated coconut,roasted bengal gram powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,garam masala and salt salt to the ground chicken.
3.      Make small balls of the chicken dough
4.      If needed can add little water
5.      Deep fry the balls in oil
Serve hot
