Prawn vendaya curry


Ingredients
Prawn cleaned 300 gms
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek roasted powder 1 tsp
Fenugreek leaves chopped ¼ cup
Curry leaf 1 sprig
Green chilli 2
Peppercorns 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Tamarind extract 2 tbsp
Tomato 1
Salt and oil as required
Preparation
1.     Grind green chilli,coriander seeds and peppercorns coarsely without adding water
2.     In a pan add oil,fenugreek seeds,fenugreek leaves,curry leaf,ground powder,tamarind extract and required water
3.     When it starts boiling add prawns and salt
4.     Once the prawn is cooked add chopped tomato and close the pan lid.let it cook for another 10 minutes
5.     Finally add roasted fenugreek powder and turn off the flame
Serve with idlis,rice,dosa….
