Hyderabad chicken


Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Onion cut lengthwise 1
Tomato 2
Gingergarlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilli 4
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 4
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaf ¼ cup
Oil ½ cup
Salt as required
Preparation
1.      In a bowl add chicken pieces,cut onion,cut tomato,slit green chilli,ginger garlic paste,cinnamon,cloves,salt,turmeric powder and chilli powder.
2.      Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes
3.      In a pan add oil and add the chicken mix .saute well
4.      Add garam masala and coriander leaves
5.      Close the pan lid and cook till the chicken is done
6.      Stir occasionally. Cook in low flame,donot burn
 Serve with briyanis or roti
