Garlic fish

Seer fish pieces 3
For marination
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
For batter
Refined flour(maida) 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
For sauce
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 pinch
Salt and oil as required
1.     Marinate fish pieces with lemon juice,salt and pepper powder for 15 min
2.     Mix maida,corn flour,soya sauce,salt and little water to a thick batter
3.     Dip the marinated fish pieces in the batter and deep fry itin oil and keep aside
4.     In a pan add oil,garlic ,ginger,onion,sugar and salt .saute till it turns brown.(don’t burn it)
5.     Add soya sauce and 4tbsp of water
6.     Once it starts boiling and the  fish
7.     Simmer it once the fish coats well with this sauce
Serve hot as starter or appetizer
