cuddalore prawn curry


Ingredients
Prawn cleaned 300 gms
Coarsely ground fennel seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilli 2
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Curry leaf and coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
Preparation
1.      In a pan add oil,ground fennel seeds,onion, slit green chillies and ginger garlic paste.saute well
2.      Add chilli powder,tomatoes and saute well
3.      Add salt,coriander powder and garam masala.toss well
4.      Add little water about 2 tbsp and add cleaned prawns
5.      Cook till prawn is done
6.      Finally add coriander and curry leaves .toss once and turn off the flame
Serve with rice or briyani
