Cuddalore Fish cutlet


Ingredients
Shark Fish ½ kg
Onion chopped 1
Potato boiled and mashed 200 Gms
Green chilli chopped 3
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander mint leaves chopped 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Oil and salt as required
Preparation
1.      In a pan add water ,bring it to boil
2.      To it add fish, turmeric powder and salt
3.      Once cooked, drain water and mash it. Keep aside
4.      In a pan add oil,mustard seeds,fennel seeds,onion,green chilli,mint coriander leaves and salt
5.      Sauté it and keep aside
6.      In a bowl add mashed potatoes, mashed fish and sautéed .mix well and make balls of it
7.      Coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry it in oil
Serve with mint chutney or coriander chutney
