Chicken crunchies

Boneless chicken 200 gms
Egg 1
Pepper powder 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Bread crumbs for coating
Salt and oil as required
1.      In a bowl add egg.beat well
2.      To it add salt,pepper powder,all purpose flour,lemon juice.mix well
3.      Dip each piece of chicken and coat it well with bread crumbs
4.      Deep fry it in oil
Serve as appetizer or starter..
Can also serve as evening snack for your lil ones
