Anchovies 65 (nethili 65)

Anchovies ½ kg
Refined flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder 3 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Onion half sliced 1
Curry leaf 2 sprigs
Salt and oil as required
1.      Mix and marinate all the ingredients except oil  for ½ hr
2.      Deep fry the fish pieces first followed by onions
Goes well with sambar rice,rasam rice or curd rice
