American Creamy chicken with potatoes

Chicken 250 Gms (boil chicken with salt and pepper)
Onions 1(boil it in water and grind it to a smooth paste)
Small onion 5(sauté it in oil and grind it to a smooth paste)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 1 tbsp
Boiled potatoes cut into cubes 2
Milk 250 ml
Basil 1tsp (can substitute it with parsley or methi leaves)
Cashew and poppy seeds paste 2 tbsp (optional) (for adding Indian flavor)
Fresh cream ¼ cup
Cheese grated 4 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt as required
1.      In a add butter, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, basil and pepper powder. Toss well
2.      Add chicken, potatoes and milk.
3.      Add cashew paste and small onion paste and salt
4.      Allow it to boil
5.      Once it starts boiling turn off the flame and add fresh cream and grated cheese
Serve hot with pasta
If u feels the gravy too thick, then add chicken stock to bring it to your desired consistency.
