Beemavaram chicken fry

Chicken ½ kg
Small onion 15
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 2
Cardamom 2
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
For marination
Curd ¼ cup
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Marinate chicken for ½ hr
1.     To the marinated chicken add corn flour and mix well
2.     Deep fry the chicken pieces and keep aside
3.     In a pan add oil,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,fennel seeds and small onion.toss well
4.     Grind it to a fine paste and keep aside
5.     In a pan add oil,ground paste,garam masala and fried chicken pieces.toss well
Serve hot
