Sauteed chicken

Chicken 250 gms
Cauliflower 100 gms
Mushroom 50 gms
Onion 50 gms
Garlic 5 pods
Garlic ½ inch
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli paste 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Cream 50 ml
Salt and oil as required
1.      In boiling water add cauliflower florets and a little salt for 5 min
2.      Drain it and wash well. Keep aside
3.      Wash mushroom thoroughly and immerse it in water for 10 minutes
4.      Make a paste of dry red chilli
5.      In a pan add oil,chopped garlic,ginger,onion and boneless chicken pieces.saute well
6.      Add cauliflower and mushroom
7.      When it is half done,add turmeric powder,chilli paste and salt
8.      when the chicken is done,add cumin powder and toss once
9.      finally add cream and mix well
serve hot
