Quail 65(kaadai 65)

Cleaned quail 2
Corn flour ½ cup
Rice flour 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      Mix corn flour,rice flour,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,lemon juice ,salt and little water to a thick paste
2.      Rub this mixture well in quail and marinate for ½ hr
3.      Deep fry it in oil
Serve hot with green chutney
