Kashmiri chicken

Chicken boneless 250 gms
Kashmiri dry red chilli 5
Onion chopped 2
Tomato  chopped 1
Whole garam masala 3 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Cashew nut 15
Raisins 15
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      In a pan add oil,dry red chilli and onions.saute well
2.      Add salt,turmeric powder,whole garam masala and chicken
3.      Sauté well till chicken coats well with masala
4.      Add tomatoes and toss once
5.      Add a cup of  water and cook till chicken is done
6.      In a separate pan add ghee and fry cashew and raisins
7.      Add fried  cashew and raisins to chicken gravy
Serve with pulao or briyani
