Saathur Chicken fry(kozhi varuval)

Chicken ½ kg
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Curry leaf 2 sprigs
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Onion 1
Tamarind extract 2 tsp
Roasted bengal gram powder for coating
Oil and salt as required
1.      Cut chicken into medium sized pieces
2.      Marinate chicken with chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,tamarind extract,minced onion,salt and little water for 15 min
3.      Coat each of the chicken pieces with roasted bengal gram and deep fry in oil
Serve hot
