Kadai mutton

Mutton cooked 250 gms
Onion diced 1
Capsicum diced 1
Tomato 1
Tomato diced 1
Dry red chilli 2
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      In a pan add oil,coriander seeds,dry red chilli, diced onion,capsicum,tomato and ginger garlic paste.saute well
2.      Add chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,coriander powder and required water
3.      Add salt,cooked mutton,kasuri methi and diced tomato
4.      Toss well till mutton coats well with mutton
Serve with roti or rice
