Dragon chicken

Chicken 250 gms
Butter 1 tsp
Cashew nuts 5
Onion 1
Garlic chopped 5
Ginger chopped 1 inch
Green chilli chopped 2
Red chilli paste 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Spring onion chopped 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
For marination
Egg 1
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Refined flour (maida) 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      Mix egg ,soya sauce,salt,pepper powder,refined flour,corn flour with chicken and deep fry in oil
2.      In a pan add butter,oil,cashew nuts,chopped onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli,red chilli paste,tomato sauce,soya sauce,pepper powder,chilli flake,salt
3.      Add water,fried chicken and corn flour mixed with water
4.      Add spring onion,coriander leaves and toss well
Serve hot
