tharangampadi squid roast


Ingredients
Squid 250 gms
Onion chopped 1
Green chilli chopped 2
Dry red chilli chopped 1
Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tamarind extract 2 tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt and oil as required
Preparations
1.     Clean and marinate squid with turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and tamarind extract for ½ hr
2.     In a pan add oil,curry leaf,onion,green chilli and dry red chilli.saute well
3.     Add garlic,marinated squid and saute well
4.     Cook till the squid is done
5.     Add garam masala and pepper powder and toss well
6.     Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with rice,rotis or pulao
