Village style liver fry

 liver 250 gms
onion chopped 1
fennel seeds 1 tsp
bay leaf 1
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder ½ tsp
pepper powder 1 tsp
fennel powder ½ tsp
oil and salt as required
1.      In a pan add oil fennel seeds,bay leaf and onion.saute well
2.      Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,pepper powder,salt and liver pieces
3.      Saute well and add little water
4.      Allow it to cook for 15 minutes
5.      Finally add fennel powder and toss well till it dries up
Serve with rice
