Mint chicken pulav

Basmati rice 1 cup
Chicken 200 Gms
Onion 1
Mint leaves chopped 1 cup
Curd ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Oil and salt as required
1.      Clean and soak the chicken pieces in curd
2.      In a pressure cooker add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste and mint leaves. sauté it
3.      Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and curd soaked chicken pieces. Cook till chicken loses its water
4.      Then add washed rice and fry for 2-3 min
5.      Add salt and 2 cups of water.
6.      Cook for 3 whistles and a stand time of 5 minutes
Stand time- after 3 whistles; keep in low medium heat for 5 minutes
Serve hot with chicken fry and curry
