Crab briyani (nandu briyani)

Cooked basmati rice 200 Gms
Crab 4
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomato 2
Green chilli 4
Peppercorns 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Cottage cheese (paneer) 50 Gms
Mint coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Oil and salt as required
1.      In a pan add oil, pepper corns, coriander seeds, green chillies, onion and tomatoes. sauté it and blend it to a paste
2.      Fry paneer in oil and keep aside
3.      In a pan add oil, ground paste, coriander mint leaves, cook crab meat pieces and salt
4.      Cook till the gravy thickens
5.      Mix cooked rice, grated fried paneer to the gravy and cook in low medium heat for 10 min with lid closed
Serve hot with raita
