salem mutton dry fry(salem mutton sukka)


Ingredients
Mutton 250 gms
Onion chopped 1
Tomato chopped 2
Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Green chilli coarsely ground 3
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt and oil as required
Preparation
1.     Pressure cook mutton pieces with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and salt
2.     In a pan add oil,cloves,bay leaf and onion.saute well
3.     Add tomatoes and allow it to blend
4.     Add cumin powder,chilli powder ,salt and cooked meat
5.     Once it dries up add green chilli and pepper powder.toss once
Serve with rotis or pulao
