Lamb brain pepper fry

Brain 2
Onion chopped 1
Tomato chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Fennel seeds ½ tsp
Cloves 2
Cvinnamon 1
Curry leaf 2 sprigs
Pepper powder 3 tsp
Salt and oil as required
1.     Clean the brain well without mashing it
2.     In a pan add the brain  and pour water
3.     Add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,1 tsp fennel powder,turmeric powder and salt
4.     Cook for 5 minutes till the masala gets dries up and coat well with brain. Keep aside and allow it to cool
5.     Once cool down ,cut it into larger pieces
6.     In a pan add oil,fennel seeds,cloves and cinnamon
7.     Add onions, ginger , garlic and curry leaves. sauté well
8.     Add tomatoes and cook well
9.     Add brain pieces and add little water
10.  When brain gets coat well with masala and cooked ,add pepper powder and toss once
Serve with rotis.goes well with rice
