Coriander squid roast

Squid 500 gms
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomato 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Green chilli 2
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Salt and oil as required
1.      Clean the squid as mentioned in my previous squid recipe
2.      In a pan add oil,chopped onions,slit green chilli,ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.saute well
3.      Add half cup of coriander leaves and saute well
4.      Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and coriander powder
5.      Add the cleaned squid pieces
6.      Saute well
7.      Don’t add water.add garam masala,fennel powder and rest of the coriander leaves
8.      Cook till squid is done(don’t overcook)
Serve with rotis
