Mexican Shredded mutton

Mutton ¼ kg
Potato 2
Onion 1
Green chilli chopped 2
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Oil and salt as required
1.     Pressure cook mutton with salt for 6-7 whistles
2.     Once done,allow it to cool and shred it.keep aside
3.     Boil potato and cut it into cubes
4.     In a pan add oil,ginger,onion and green chilli.saute well
5.     Add shredded mutton,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,pepper powder,fennel powder and ghee.toss well
6.     Add potato cubes,garam masala and little salt.toss well
Serve hot as starter
