Ingredients
Prawns cleaned 500 gms
Onion chopped 1 cup
Green chilli 2
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Tamarind extract 1 tsp
Roasted bengal gram powder 3 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Curry leaf 1 sprig
Oil and salt as required
Preparation
1. In a pan add a cup of water.
2. To it add prawns and ½ tsp turmeric powder.allo it to cook for 5-7 minutes
3. Drain the water and keep aside the prawns
4. In a pan add oil,curry leaves,onions,slit green chilli and cooked prawns.saute well
5. Add chilli powder, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, pepper powder,coriander powder,tamarind extract and salt.toss well
6. Finally add the roasted bengal gram powder and mix well
Serve with rotis or parathas
