Nagai Prawn thokku


Ingredients
Prawns medium sized 25
Onion chopped 1 cup
Tomato chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Coconut grated ½ cup
Green chilli 2
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Fennel seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil and  salt as  required
Preparation
1.     Grind fennel seeds,green chilli and coconut to a fine paste
2.     In a pan add oil,curry leaves,onion and gingergarlic paste.saute well
3.     Add salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder and little water
4.     Add tomatoes and cook till it blends
5.     Add the prawns and  cook till it is done
6.     Add coconut paste and mix well
7.     Turn off the flame and add lemon juice
8.      Serve with pooris,chapathi and rice
