Here comes today s recipe
Ingredients
Mutton 250 Gms
onion chopped 1
onion chopped 1
Green chilli 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 2
To grind
Pepper corns 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chilli 2
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Roast the above ingredients in oil and grind it to a paste
Preparation
1. Pressure cook mutton pieces and keep aside
2. In a pan add oil,cinnamon,cloves ,onion,green chilli and ginger garlic paste.saute well
3. Add cooked mutton pieces,salt and ground paste
4. Add little water and allow it to cook till it dries up well
Serve with rice or rotis
