Puduvai Scrambled prawn fry (eral puttu)


Ingredients
Prawns cleaned 300 gms
Onion chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 4
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaf 1 sprig
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt and oil as required
Preparation
1.      In a pan add oil, cleaned prawns, turmeric powder and salt
2.      Cook for 5 minutes
3.      Allow it to cool and grind it coarsely
4.      In a pan add oil, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste,onions,green chillies and curry leaves, sauté it
5.      Add the ground prawns and salt
6.      Toss well
Serve with rice
