Ingredients
Basmati rice 250 gms
Butter 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Spring onion chopped 4 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Capsicum 2
Cabbage chopped 3 tbsp
Egg 4
Carrot chopped 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Preparation
1. Beat eggs with pepper powder and salt
2. In a pan add a tsp of butter .once it melts lay the beaten egg as omelette
3. Once it is cooked well,cut it into strands
4. Chop capsicum,carrot,cabbage into strands of same size as omelette strands
5. Cook the rice and refrigerate in frozer for 15 minutes
6. In a pan add remaining butter ,carrot,capsicum and cabbage
7. Then add garlic,ginger, coriander leaves and spring onions
8. Cook till the veggies are half done(if overcooked veggies will mashed up)
9. Add the rice,omelette strands and salt.toss well
10. If required u can add ajinomotto
Serve hot with manchurian of your choice
