Grilled fish with bell peppers and coriander sauce


Ingredients
Fish fillets 2
Marinate fish with chilli flakes, salt and oil
Capsicum green and red  ¼ cup
Onion chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
For coriander sauce
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Crushed peanut 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Preparation
1.      Grill the fish fillet in oven or pan. Keep aside
2.      In a pan add oil, onion, garlic, capsicum, salt and pepper. Sauté well. Keep aside
3.      In a bowl mix olive oil, crushed peanut and chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside
4.      In a plate arrange the grilled fish fillet, top it with coriander sauce
5.      Keep the sautéed bell peppers along with the fish
Serve hot
