gudalur chicken kohlrabi kurma


Ingredients
Chicken 250 gms
Kohl rabi (noolkol) 250 gms
Coconut grated ½ cup
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli 5
Onion 1
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Curry leaf 1 sprig
Fennel seed for seasoning
Oil and salt as required
Preparation
1.      Grind coconut,green chilli and fennel seeds to a fine paste by adding water
2.      In a pan add oil,fennel seeds,curry leaf ,onion and ginger garlic paste.saute well
3.      Add chicken and noolkol.saute well
4.      Add salt,turmeric powder and coriander powder.mix well
5.      Add water and allow the chicken to cook
6.      Once chicken is done add coconut paste and bring it to boil
7.      Finally add coriander leaves and turn off the flame
Serve with rotis or pulao
