village style Mutton vadai(Aatukari vadai)


Ingredients
Minced mutton 250 gms
Small onion 10
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Pepper corns 1 tsp
Green chilli 2
Roasted Bengal gram 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 inch
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Onion chopped 1
Curry leaf 3 sprigs
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Salt and oil as required
Preparation
1.      Grind small onions,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,peppercorns,green chilli,roasted Bengal gram,ginger and salt to a fine paste
2.      Grind minced mutton well and keep aside
3.      In a bowl add ground paste,ground mutton,chopped onions,curry leaf ,coriander leaf,salt and turmeric powder
4.      Mix well and make vada
5.      Deep fry in oil
Serve as starter or with rice
