Ingredients
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Coriander leaves chopped 1 cup
Ginger 1 inch chopped
Garlic chopped 10 pods
Onion 3
Tomato 3
Coriander seeds coarsely grind 2 tsp
Dry red chilli 4
Kasurimethi 2 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
curry leaf 1 sprig
curry leaf 1 sprig
Oil and salt as required
Preparation
1. In a pan add oil,ginger,garlic,onion,coarsely ground coriander seeds,dry red chilli,curry leaf and chicken
2. Close the pan lid and allow the chicken to cook
3. When chicken is half done add the tomatoes,kasuri methi,garam masala,amchur powder,coriander powder,salt and coriander leaves
4. Allow it to cook till the chicken is done
Serve with rice,briyani or rotis
